How do we plan to utilize your information?
The information we have about you will be used to assess your application. If we believe you have modeling potential, we'll use this information to contact you and schedule an appointment.

If we've tried to arrange an appointment with you and haven't heard back, we may periodically reach out to try again. If you prefer us not to, please email us at bookings@diverse-models.co.uk to let us know.

We may share images of you on our social media platforms, but only if you've given us consent during your photographic shoot and order. If you've previously given consent but no longer wish us to use your images, please email us at bookings@diverse-models.co.uk to inform us.
Retaining your information
We'll keep a record of the information you've provided to complete your booking and provide the service. This data won't be kept longer than necessary, and if we don't hear from you within 36 months, it will be automatically deleted.

We will keep a copy of your images in a secure environment for 6 years in order to ensure that we can share these with you if you require them in the future. If you do not want us to store your images, they can be deleted upon request at bookings@diverse-models.co.uk.

We record calls, for training purposes. When taking payments over the phone we do not record the payment details. We will delete all recordings after 14 days.

Your rights
Under data protection law, you have rights concerning the information we hold about you.
You can request access to your information by emailing us at bookings@diverse-models.co.uk to receive a copy of the data we have about you.

If you believe that the information we have about you is incorrect or incomplete, you can request that we rectify it to ensure accuracy and completeness.

You also have the right to request the erasure of your data or restrict its use, meaning we'll securely store it without processing it further. Additionally, you can ask us to send a copy of your data to another third party.

If you disagree with how we've processed your data, please let us know why.

Once we receive your request, we'll contact you within 30 days to confirm if we've carried out your request or explain why we couldn't. If we can't process your request or have reasons not to, we'll still contact you within 30 days to explain our decision.

We maintain strong security measures, including antivirus software and firewalls, to safeguard your data. Our data is primarily stored on secure servers managed by reputable hosting companies. We enforce strict password and access policies to ensure only authorized personnel can access the data.
